When you register for an account, use our resume builder, or contact us, we may collect personally identifiable information, such as:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Resume content and career information
• Professional history and qualifications
• Account login credentials

Usage Data

We may also collect information on how the website is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This may include information such as your computer's IP address, browser type, browser version, pages visited, time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.

Who We Share Data With

We use a small number of third-party services to actually run JobSeekersHub.app. We don't sell your data to anyone, and we only share what each of these services needs to do its specific job:

• OpenAI — the work-history facts you confirm and the job descriptions you paste in are sent to OpenAI's API to extract structured facts, tailor a resume, and score it. OpenAI processes this data to generate the response but does not use API data to train its models.
• Stripe — if you make a payment, your payment details are sent directly to Stripe to process the charge. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Supabase — our database, authentication, and file storage provider. Your account data, fact bank, and uploaded resume files are stored on Supabase's infrastructure.
• Resend — used to send account and service-related emails (e.g. analysis notifications).
• Google Analytics — used to understand site traffic and usage (pages visited, approximate location, device type). IP addresses are anonymized before being processed.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag — used to measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn advertising and understand how visitors arrived from LinkedIn.
• Cloudflare — provides site infrastructure and aggregate analytics (e.g. overall traffic volume) as part of hosting and security.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for various purposes, including to:

• Provide and maintain our service
• Notify you about changes to our service
• Allow you to participate in interactive features
• Provide customer support
• Gather analysis or valuable information to improve our service
• Monitor the usage of our service
• Detect, prevent and address technical issues

Disclosure of Data

We may disclose your personal information in the following situations:

• To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing

Data Security

All traffic to and from JobSeekersHub.app is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Your account data, fact bank, and uploaded resume files are stored on Supabase's infrastructure, which encrypts data at rest. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor - we never receive or store your full card number.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security - but the measures above are real and in place today, not a generic promise.

Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as:

• The right to access information we hold about you
• The right to rectification if your information is inaccurate or incomplete
• The right to erasure of your personal data
• The right to restrict processing of your personal data
• The right to data portability
• The right to object to processing of your personal data

You can delete an individual uploaded resume file yourself at any time from your profile page. To exercise any of the other rights above, including deleting your account and all associated data, email us at the address below — we currently handle these requests manually and will confirm once completed.
