1. License to use website

Unless otherwise stated, JobSeekersHub.app and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms of service.

2. Acceptable use

You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not use our website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.

3. User accounts

In these terms of service, "your user content" means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to our website, for whatever purpose.

Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or us or a third party.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts you submit to your work-history fact bank. Our tailoring process only selects, reframes, and rephrases facts you have already reviewed and confirmed — it does not verify their truthfulness, and you should not submit anything to your fact bank that you would not be comfortable defending to an employer.

4. How AI-assisted tailoring works

Our service uses AI (OpenAI's models) in three ways: extracting structured facts from what you write during onboarding, selecting and reframing your already-confirmed facts against a specific job description, and scoring the resulting resume for job match and for phrasing that tends to read as AI-generated. The tailoring step is restricted to the facts already in your fact bank — it is not permitted to add a skill, tool, employer, or outcome you did not already confirm.

AI output can still be wrong, and match scores and AI-detection scores are estimates, not guarantees. We do not guarantee any tailored resume will result in an interview, an offer, or any particular outcome, and we do not warrant that a resume will pass every Applicant Tracking System or go undetected by every human reader.

5. Pricing and payment

JobSeekersHub.app is not a subscription. Creating an account and building your work-history fact bank is free. Tailoring a resume to a specific job description is a one-time fee, currently $24.99 per job description, which unlocks up to 10 revisions of that specific tailoring. A different job description is a new, separate charge — nothing renews or bills automatically, and there is no recurring plan to cancel.

During an introductory period, this price may be offered at a discounted "founding member" rate for a limited number of early customers, as disclosed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Any future change to pricing will apply only to new purchases made after the change is posted — it will never be applied retroactively to a tailoring you've already paid for.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number ourselves — Stripe handles that in accordance with its own terms and PCI-DSS compliance obligations.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JobSeekersHub.app will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity arising under or in connection with these terms of service.

Nothing in these terms of service shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

7. Breaches of these terms of service

Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms of service, if you breach these terms of service in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms of service from time to time. The revised terms of service shall apply to the use of our website from the date of publication of the revised terms on our website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
